whoa.. 24 weeks already..

I finally urged myself to update my blog today.. I've been so lazy to even turn on the notebook lately.. unless untuk kerja je guna.. anyway today I had another appointment with my obstetrician..  while doing the ultrasound as usual, he asked if my husband and I would like to know the baby's gender.. huh.. ofcourse! I've been waiting to know since I found out I was pregnant.. huhu.. so anyway.. the doc said "Ur baby ni weddock" well at least that was what I though I heard.. I thought weddock was some sort of medical term for the baby's position ke apa.. huhu.. skali doc tu tanya kat sekolah aku takde orang jawa ke?.. "Husband u lanang, u wedok".. laa.. bhs jawa ke.. huhu.. so my baby is a girl!.. I asked him later how he knew it's a girl.. coz I didn't see much except the parts he pointed out like the head, fingers, toes, some internal organs and all.. baru la dia explain and tunjuk balik the vital part that makes my baby a girl.. huhu.. as the doc said.. ada 2 buns and a bit of cheese.. ahax.. 

alhamdulillah.. dapat kaklong la insyaallah nanti.. also grateful that so far everything's fine and normal.. my weight pn naik 2 kg je.. kalu tak, tiap kali datangateat 3 kg naik.. ok le tu.. I was a bit worried I gain too much weight coz last week I ate sekuat hati masa outstation in Penang.. huhu.. hari-hari ais krim haagen dazs.. yummyy.. my blood test je tak tau lagi.. hopefully takde la diabetes ke apa..

Tralala what a wonderful day ;p

Hari ni rasa sekejap je kerja.. Sebab sampai sekolah dah kul 2.06pm.. sekolah abis 2.45pm.. huhu.. lambat sebab ada doc's appointment.. dia suruh datang pagi.. so memang suka hati aku le datang dah ujung-ujung pagi.. kul 10 lebey baru sampai kat hospital.. sekali doc tu kena attend patient nak bersalin pulak.. sib baik ada sorang je patient sebelum aku.. tunggu punya tunggu.. dah puas belek majalah-majalah kat waiting area tu.. siap eavesdrop ada nurse tengah bagi ceramah breastfeeding kat ibu-ibu yang dah sarat ngandung.. huhu.. k dah tau sikit-sikit.. baru la doc tu balik..

nway pas doc tu tengok fail aku semua dia kata the baby's length should be 25mm dah.. aku dengar pun dah rasa besar sebab masa cek last month baru 11mm.. sekali scan tengok 34mm.. hoh terbesar sikit lak dari jangkaan.. ikut sape la ni.. huhu.. doc ni pun belum pape dah bagitau kalu besar sangat kena keluar ikut tingkap le.. huh awal lagi nak speculate pape kan.. takpe la at least aku boleh prepare myself.. uhux.. ofcourse aku prefer normal birth kan..

hmm.. berat aku takde perubahan lak.. tapi sejak last checkup tu memang berubah-ubah la selera makan.. masa awal tu memang kena makan setiap 2,3 jam.. then sejak dah kerja balik macam dah normal sikit selera.. tapi still tak boleh lapar la.. huhu..

tadi sempat jugak tanya doc pasal ubat jerawat yang aku dok pakai.. Dalacin-T.. sebab baca kat internet boleh affect baby.. kenkawan yang penah ngandung pun semua kata jangan pakai.. tapi sebab aku ada baca jugak takde scientific proof pasal facial product affecting the baby, aku ada gak pakai.. sebab tetiba macam banyak la bumps on my face.. tapi sekarang dah kurang la.. doc pun wat lawak suh nurse ambik microscope nak tengok jerawat kat muka aku.. huhu.. doc tu yang kena tambah power spek kot.. coz my skin is far from flawless.. uhux.. takpe.. baby punya pasal terpaksa la redha dengan ketumbuhan-ketumbuhan and paruts muka ni.. ;) harap-harap baby terus membesar dengan sihat n kuat.. amin..

The head has straightened out and is more fully developed, the ears are much more prominent, and some new organs (the liver, spleen, and gallbladder) are forming. Your fetus is also making spontaneous movements of his or her arms and legs now that minuscule muscles are beginning to develop, though you won't feel your tiny dancer for at least another two months.

While it's way too early to feel anything, it's not too early to hear something (possibly). Your baby's heart is developed enough — and grown large enough — so that its beats can be heard with a Doppler, a handheld ultrasound device that amplifies the lub-dub sound the heart makes. But don't worry if your practitioner can't pick up the sound of your baby's heartbeat yet. It just means your shy guy or gal is hiding in the corner of your uterus, or has his or her back facing out, making it hard for the Doppler to find its target. In a few weeks (or at your next visit) the miraculous sound of your baby's heartbeat is certain to be audible for your listening pleasure.

Good Bye 2008

A lil bit late to bid farewell to 2008 eh.. yeah its already the 2nd day of the new year.. and honestly I wasn't all that excited to welcome the new year.. huhu.. it only means we're going to be another year older ;p.. however looking back at 2008, there were a lot of wonderful memories.. it was the year I got married.. n also got pregnant.. huhu.. career wise, not much of achievement there.. but alhamdulillah I finally got the pay raise which I had actually earned 2 years ago.. 

nway, like everyone else, I have new year resolutions too.. my resolution is the same as the year before.. and the years before that too.. huhu.. that is to become a better person.. a better muslim, a better daughter, a better teacher.. only this year there are two new roles to be added.. a better wife and a great mother.. insyaallah :) standard la kan.. 

2009 will be quite a challenging year.. but I'm hoping for the best.. I shouldn't worry that much coz I have my husband and family to support me.. Love u so much :x

oh today I attended my school's 1st meeting for the year.. this was the moment all the teachers have been waiting for after a month and a half holiday.. ;p its when we find out what our positions and duties are in school.. alhamdulillah seems like this year my responsilibities and duties have been decreased.. huhu.. I'm no longer a class teacher.. whoopee!!.. still the head of the Comp. Programming course (ketua panitia) though.. I don't really like being KP.. but its betther than secretary of anything.. uhux.. n there were two other duties.. which are just minor roles.. so this means I have a lot more time to focus on teaching.. unlike last year.. huhu..

what else eh.. co-curricular.. now we're having the activities after school instead of on saturdays.. thats great news but it also means I'll be coming home late.. mcm keje opis la pulakk.. huhu.. well at least I'm free on saturday.. that is if there aren't any replacement class, staff development programs or any school events that day.. ;p hmm.. this year I'm in charge of the Photography Club.. I've always handled the Computer Club for the past 5 years.. but I welcome the change, coz I'm gettin kinda sick teaching computer class then teaching again for the kids in computer club.. huhu.. I'm not an expert in photography though.. but I'm hoping my husband will help me give some ideas for club activities.. hehe.. bley kan my darling? ;p besides that, I'll also be joining in managing the KRS.. for the 1st time I'll be involved with a uniform unit.. kena kerja keras tu.. huhu..

all in all, I'm thankful for all the memories in the past and hoping this year will be another memorable and wonderful year.. amin..

Hmm.. nak crita gapo ek.. mcm2 berlaku since i last updated.. I've been meaning to update on my trip to indonesia... best tul pi sana.. tapi that'll have to wait.. I have more important news.. huhu..

Insyaallah, nxt yr my family will be welcoming a new family member.. huhu.. but this is still an early stage.. so i have to bear in mind that anything can happen.. jd kena bertenang.. can't get too excited.. n just pray for the best.. amin..

in the middle of doing some school work.. since I won't be in school for a week to attend a meeting, i'm forced to bring work home.. (pade muko gak sbb x siapkan awal).. masalah subjek xde buku rujukan.. so setiap kali nak exam kena buat soalan baru.. poning palo den.. baru siap 7.. huhu..

nway.. wpun keje menimbun, masih gak nak cuba attend semua jemputan kenduri kawen.. ;)

ramai tul kawen syawal ni.. beh la plak p kenduri masa tengah mood raya ni.. semalam p kenduri kawen sedara hasben pun deejay siap pasang lagu raya.. huhu..
